You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Call or email one of our branches, preferably the one you bought the item(s) from, and get a return number for your merchandise. One of our staff will provide you one to be shipped with your return.
- Print and fill out this return form.
- Visit your mail carrier to obtain a shipping label.
- Pack the items along with a copy of receipt (invoice) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box with our address. The shipping address can be found on the top part of the invoice.
- Take the package to your mail carrier for pick up.
A proof of purchase must be included for all products. A valid proof of purchase includes a copy of receipt, invoice, or packing slip from us. DO NOT SEND YOUR ORIGINALS.
It is important that units are returned via a carrier that provides a tracking number and conformation of delivery for example: Federal Express (Fed Ex) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Insuring your package is recommend, but not required.
